MinneMan Triathlon - Information

The MinneMan Triathlon is the second race in the OptumHealth Performance Triathlon Series. This race offers a scenic flat course that is both challenging and rewarding. Voted three-time Triathlete's Choice Race of the Year (2008, 2007, 2006) by MN Tri News readers. New for 2012, MinneMan will host both its historic Sprint distance and a new Olympic distance event.

Entry Fees:

Regular: January 1 – May 31, 2012:	$75.00
Late: June 1 – June 28, 2012:	$95.00

Jeremy, I attend your Wednesday night workouts at OptumHealth Performance. I have to say I have never felt better in the Spring - I have better leg strength than I have ever had and once my top end speed/quick recovery come around look out!! We had an awesome speed work session at the Lakes with OHP coaches Brendan and Beka. They had me running sub 6 min. 800 repeats which I didn't know I could do. These guys do a great job (and Coach Ben too). Hey, it's a lot easier to let someone else worry about the workout plan and the stopwatch and just show up and run :). -Eric
