Saturday

6:00-6:45 am Breakfast (education room)
7:00 am-3:00 pm Fully supported course ride (112 miles)
3:00-3:30 pm Optional transition run
3:30-4:00 pm Post workout snack
4:00-6:00 pm Rest
6:00-7:00 pm Registration process, gear, and race day preparation & dinner (education room)

Sunday

6:00-6:45 am Breakfast (education room)
7:00-8:00 am Group swim
8:00-8:30 am Recovery
8:30-10:30 am Group long run (13.1 miles)
11:30 am-12:30 pm Mental aspects of Ironman (education room)
12:30-12:45 pm Final thoughts and Q&A
